No. MPCKit runs in a modern web browser.

Can I use my own samples?

Yes. Only upload material that you own or are authorized to use.

Can audio move between tools?

Yes. Supported results can be routed between modules such as Chopper, Stem Separation, Time Stretch and Sequencer.

Are projects saved?

Signed-in users can save project sessions. Free project storage is time-limited, so important projects should also be downloaded.

Is MPCKit affiliated with Akai Professional?

No. MPCKit is an independent toolkit and is not an official Akai Professional product.
